Our rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
A pharmacy is located in the medical center on Granitzerstr. (see local map). You can reach the pharmacy on-call service on 0800/ 00 22 833.
Information about the doctors on call can be obtained from the rescue control center 112. You are also welcome to contact our reception team here 116 117.
In the event of an emergency, please press and hold the emergency button for 3 seconds. You will be connected.
Not every day can be a beach day or a sunny day. For this reason, our guests receive suggestions for their alternative daily schedule.
Parking spaces are located directly at the house and are signposted. There are also parking spaces for our guests, with the same driveway to the EDEKA car park, on the left behind the barrier. You open the barrier with your key card. When leaving the car park, the barrier opens automatically.
You are welcome to borrow a cot if available. Please contact the reception.

You will find the nearest cash machine about 4 minutes' walk from the hotel on Granitzerstrasse.
If the mattress is too hard for you, we will be happy to provide you with a "topper" (mattress pad) on request and subject to availability.
If the mattress length of 2.00 m (only possible in our comfort double rooms) is not enough for you, we will be happy to provide you with a bed extension of 20 cm on request and subject to availability.

We are happy to clean your room upon request. Please hang the "Please clean" sign on the door by 9:30 a.m. Our room cleaning takes place from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. There is no cleaning on Sundays.
Our room categories studios, family suites and apartments do not include room cleaning. If you wish, we can clean your room. Please report to the reception.
In the "Donnerkeil" and "Hühnergott" houses, cleaning utensils are located on the sides of the respective hallways.
Reception will be happy to take your order. What is important is the prize, the occasion and when and how it is to be presented.
In the event of a fire, please follow the escape route plans posted in the building or in your room. Never use the elevator. Fire extinguishers are located on each corridor.
Our guests can purchase and post postcards and stamps from us.
You are welcome to borrow these utensils if they are available. Please contact the reception.
Brochures for the current departure times are available at reception. Changes usually come at short notice by email (e.g. failures due to storms).
The Hof-Café is leased externally and is open from May to September, weather permitting.
The closest bike rental is in Seepark; the rental station (www.rental-station.de)
Can be crafted at reception. We charge a fee of €0.20 per sheet for this.
Hair dryers are in every room. These can also be borrowed free of charge from reception.
For guests who have booked a room category including breakfast. You can enjoy our extensive breakfast buffet, which has been awarded the "Best Breakfast" seal of quality, daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the breakfast room. Regarding allergies (gluten/lactose), please contact our service staff.
Room categories that do not include breakfast (such as studios, family suites and holiday apartments) can book breakfast on request. Please contact the reception.
Found items will be kept by us for 6 months. They will be sent to the guest upon request and at their own expense and risk.
Mineral water is available for a fee of €2.20 per bottle at reception or in some rooms.
We are happy to offer you a luggage service by prior arrangement.
We do not offer this service.

If you do not wish your room to be cleaned, but need a fresh towel, please come to reception. Here we have clean towels ready for you.
As soon as the reception is no longer manned, enter the hotel through the back entrance with your key card.
On request, we can provide hotel service (except Sundays) in the "breakfast included" categories.
Are allowed on request. However, your dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room.

Outgoing mail can be handed in at reception. We will deposit mail that we receive for you at reception.
We charge €5.00 per car/day for using the car park. A reservation is not necessary as there are enough parking spaces available.
You can pay your hotel bill in cash, by EC, VISA, MasterCard or Maestro.
You are welcome to borrow an umbrella during your stay. Please contact the reception for this.
Defects reported by guests or staff will be reported to the caretaker and dealt with promptly.
Our reception is open daily. Out of season times may vary.
In high season from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. If the front entrance is closed, please use the back entrance with your key card.
Valuables and sums of money up to €1,000 can be deposited in the hotel safe at reception. The comfort rooms have their own safe.

At the reception we have various collections of games for our guests, which you can borrow free of charge. The games are already present in the family suites.
Daily newspapers are not available in the hotel. A large selection is offered in the "EDEKA" supermarket from 8:00 a.m.

From your room, you can choose any call yourself. To do this, please dial the "0" first and then the desired number. These calls are chargeable and charged per unit (€0.20) to your hotel bill. You are also welcome to be called directly: 038303/ 922 + your room number. The rooms on the ground floor have the number on the telephone display. To reach other guest rooms, simply dial the corresponding room number. In the "Donnerkeil" and "Hühnergott" houses, calls can only be made from your own telephone.
